Pierre Lin

Biography

Pierre is an undergraduate student pursuing a BSc Specialization in Computing Science at the University of Alberta. With a background in the geology program at the University of Alberta, he brings a unique, interdisciplinary skill set to the Canadian Mountain Network. He is currently employed as a Communications Intern with CMN.

Pierre’s interdisciplinary background provides him with a diverse set of skills and a broad range of duties including website maintenance, writing research summaries and event planning. His experience in the geology program at the University of Alberta includes fieldwork in mountainous regions and in-depth knowledge of the geology of Western Canada.

Outside of work, Pierre enjoys coding, hiking, and travelling.
