Biography

Amy Angert is a Tier 2 Canada Research Chair in Conservation Ecology. She joined the faculty at UBC in 2012. Previously she was an assistant professor at Colorado State University, completed two years of postdoctoral research at the University of Arizona, and attended graduate school at the University of Washington and Michigan State University. Research in her lab focuses on ecological and evolutionary responses to climate change, with an emphasis on recent changes in plant populations and communities along elevation gradients.
