Mary Jane Johnson
Mary Jane contributes an objective perspective to several boards and committees while partaking in a community that actively practices their culture. She is a champion for Indigenous language revitalization and represents Kluane First Nation on the Yukon First Nations Heritage Group, Asi Keyi Natural Environment Park Management Plan Steering Committee, and the Dan Keyi Renewable Resource Council. In her current employment with KFN, she works with the Yukon Government, Yukon Self Governing First Nations, and Parks Canada on co-management of heritage and culture on KFN Traditional Territory. She is also the happy and busy Grandmother of eight grandchildren.
